You took my hand and held it tight
And showed me love with all your might
You held me as I cried
And reassured me, as I sighed

You told me over and over what to do
How many times did you say, I could lean on you
You were with me each and everyday
But I was the one that walked away

Looking and searching, for what?
I don't know .....
Taking a road, blindly
Didn't know where it would go

In my own eyes
I was so wise ....
But, I was so wrong
I am not that strong

And even though I was falling apart
You never removed me from your heart
I found out I was still there
Through my words, of prayer

With the webs we weave, all compiled
Believe it or not, we are still God's child
Or to the Shepherd, we are his sheep
In His flock, He will keep ...
Us Safe ...

Remember .....
When you can no longer cope
Don't ever give up hope
The Lord Never Leaves Us ....
He Never Deceives Us ....
He Opens His Arms And Receives Us ....
