As shades of darkness fall
Peaceful evening is nigh
My dreams become as a dancer ...
A silhouette in the sky

From never ending, star to star
I'll take a dreamer's chance
And float away, into the night ....
Twirl round about, within a dance

Sun slips away quietly
And turns out its light
In sleep, I pursue
This recital of the night
