Draw the curtains
Close the door
Hands together
Kneel on the floor

Whisper softly
Words you want to say
Pull them from your heart
Stay focused, don't stray

The Lord's messenger
Is close by
To guide and protect
On this you can rely

And as your prayer
Comes to an end
Angels listen to the Lord's command
Then to your needs, they will tend
