How do I find the words
To thank a man, such as you
In my years of growing up
You, lovingly, guided me through

It was with this love and understanding
My life, you helped mold
Dad....
You are a man with a heart
Of the purest gold

In this busy world we live....
For me, you always had time
I give thanks, to the Lord
For this wonderful Father, of mine



And even though I'm older now
Still with each passing year
I knew I could count on you
You've always been right here

I learned by your example
Kindness you showed to everyone
What a treasure you would be
For any daughter or son

So, just how do I say,
"Thank You"
To the Wonderful Father, you are
My Inspiration ...
My Shining Star
